webMethods Knowlegebase : Massive Data Purge email notifications not working (1764710)

Troubleshooting


Problem

Executed the Massive Data Purge feature on the webMethods systems and email notifications are not functioning as expected.

When running the MDP you do not receive email messages to the assigned mail address.

These exact values work in a 7.1.2 system from where it was copied.
