Troubleshooting


Problem

Analysis schema used by Optimize Analytic Engine to connect to Oracle database is locked very frequently without any indication of why it is locked. There is no user interaction with the database using Analysis schema so it is not caused by incorrect password.

This error is logged in <SAG>\optimize\analysis\logs\error.log when it happens, and the errors are logged several times every second, affecting database performance until the schema is unlocked manually to stop the errors.
