webMethods Knowlegebase : AE info.log repeating error: Unable to obtain process instance with primary key. (1751901)

Troubleshooting


Problem

The customer site has upgraded Optimize to 8.2.1 (Fix 11).

After applying several fixes, they are still seeing the following error in the AE info.log repeatedly.

"(OPTIMIZE) [Analytic Engine v8.2.1.0.ProcessAnalyzerTask.UnknownKey] 2013-10-24 08:23:52.931 EDT ERROR: Error processing work units
