webMethods Knowlegebase : Salesforce Push Topic Notifications failing due to Adapter Failure (1781416)

Problem

We are unable to receive Salesforce Push Topic notifications with SalesForce Oauth connection.

We have configured a oauth connection along with a Listener and notification, but when a message is received from Salesforce we see the following error message in the logs:
