webMethods Knowlegebase : ATG server not connecting to AT server - and no logs (1760937)

Troubleshooting


Problem

When starting up ATG server there are no logs being produced for the AT package, even though the log level setup to 2.

This is making it difficult to trouble shoot the fact that the ATG is not connecting to the AT Server.

error in the SAG-OSGI.log:

(com.softwareag.mft.server.osgi.Activator ) [MFT.MFT.SVR.1006] INFO: Starting ActiveTransferGateway at the port 8500 with accept IP list 10.200.4.152.

no entries in the ActiveTransfer.log
