Troubleshooting
Problem
Set a timer to expire after 1 mins by using add(systemtime(), 1) in acknowledgement date timer, the timer seemed to only timeout after 1 mins and 30 secs instead of 1 mins. The close case submap will be triggered upon timer expiry.
