webMethods Knowlegebase : application static page works, but all others give HTTP 404 (1801908)

Problem

Environment: IS v10.3 with WmAppPlat

IS_10.3_Core_Fix6

The LEAF application is displaying only the static page.

HTTP 404 errors are shown in the browser for all other resources called.

There are no errors shown in the IS logs so it's not clear what the problem is.

Analysis:

This application was ported from v99 to v10.3 and is running normally in another v10.3 install.

We are able to recreate, compile the project and publish to the remote server under bundles folder successfully.

Normally I'd expect to find some evidence of the errors in one of the IS server logs, server.log, wrapper or Open Service Gateway Initiative (OSGi.

Turned up the logging level for IS Server to TRACE, and also edited log-config.xml to add the com.softwareag.applatform.pls logging.

However, even with all this logging can't see why the 404s are occurring.

Tried calling one of the servlets directly from a browse and this also showed the 404.

Tried a sanity check with a hello.jsp page in the ..workspace/webapps/test/ folder and called this from a browser, which worked as expected.
