Troubleshooting
Problem
User opens a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Using the keyboard 'CTRL' key, user simultaneously selects more than one sheet (for example 3).
User then switches to the Controller client, and clicks "Company - Data Entry - Reported Values". User tries to open a data entry form. An error appears.
Symptom
After clicking on the 'open' icon, the following error appears:
Error opening Excel.
Excel is busy editing, please finish editing in Excel and try again.
