Troubleshooting
Problem
A wrong value type is inserted in the property field.
Symptom
Configuring any stage from a pipeline in Data Collector, Transformer for Spark, or Transformer for Snowflake, you get an error message below the field after inserting a value.
Resolving The Problem
When you see this error message below a field is due to this property expecting a numeric value instead of a string. The validation does not accept letters, symbols, or decimal points. To fix it, enter the value in the field with a number as shown in the image below:
It is also possible to use the Expression Language, as long as the resulting value is of NUMBER type.
