Error description

• Customer experiencing problem with data collection and probe
  after adding cisco MDS 9710 chassis running firmware:
  8.4(2a) or 9.4(1).
  
  Performance Monitor displays "Running" status but data is
  not being collected, or Performance Monitor displays
  "Task Expired" while Probes are Successful.
  
  CiscoRestClient.readFully] [ERROR] The response reached EOF.
  java.io.IOException: Premature EOF
  [CiscoRestClient.sendCommand] [ERROR] Response encountered an
  ERROR: ShowCounters could not be issued
  [CiscoRestClient.sendCommand] [ERROR] Exception
  java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke
  "java.lang.String.equalsIgnoreCase(java.lang.String)" because
  the return value of
  "com.ibm.srm.dc.cisco.probe.CommandResponse.getCode()" is null
  
  Rest call returns error: Unexpected HTTP status code: 200,
  message:
