  When a table is dropped and recreated to apply changes, its ID
  is changed. If the table is involved in a replication strategy,
  additional actions are needed to restore replication. This
  APAR adds new warning message ADB7415W when a table with DATA
  CAPTURE CHANGES is dropped and recreated to indicate that
  additional actions might be needed.
