Troubleshooting
Problem
Users using SAML authentication method are unable to log in to QRadar and encounter the following error while attempting to access the QRadar console UI:
This account is not authorized to access QRadar. Logout from your SAML identity provider and use an authorized account to login.
When attempting to log in using the Entity ID URL, they are redirected to the Microsoft URL and encounter the following error alert
SAML authentication request’s RequestAuthenticationContext Comparison value must be ‘exact’. Received value: ‘Minimum’.
Symptom
The user will encounter the attached error alert when attempting to log in using the entity URL:
