Troubleshooting
Problem
When attempting to log into the DOORS client, the user receives the error message "Invalid username or password" along with a window showing "Diagnostic Log - DOORS".
Symptom
The "Diagnostic Log - DOORS" window displays an error caused by the
ucrtbase.dll, showing the following error:EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module ucrtbase.dll at 00000000414CD341.
