Abstract
For Maximo IT Self Serve (8.0.x and 9.0.x) and Service View (9.0.x), RTL (Hebrew and Arabic) is not supported.

The Maximo Application Framework (AKA Graphite) in Maximo Application Suite 9.0 or earlier does not support RTL. As a result, all applications in Maximo IT 9.0 or earlier that are based on MAF (Graphite) do not support RTL.
However, classic applications in Maximo IT, such as Change, Release, and Service Catalog, still support RTL. To enable Hebrew or Arabic, the language must be set in the Manage Default Information profile area.
