Error description

• When running a compare job with DROP/CREATE trigger, Object
  Compare incorrectly generates ALTER TRIGGER statement using
  table name instead of trigger name.

  in some scenarios, the table name might be used in the 'ALTER
  TRIGGER <trigger name> ACTIVATE VERSION' statement rather
  than the trigger name.
