Error description

• Viewing a Data Collector's details, the devices (switches in
  this case) are shown as "Allowed" for the Data Collector , but
  none are listed as "Monitoring". The result is no primary Data
  Collector is assigned for the device. Performance continues to
  be collected. Running a Test Connection completes and verifies
  connectivity to the device, but does not update or assign a Data
  Collector as "Monitoring".
