RDS login results in the error:GLPRDB111E The server is unable to use the username and password combination for the DB2 instance owner in the configuration file to establish a connection to the database-Rational Directory Server

Troubleshooting


Problem

Unable to Login to Rational Directory Server via the RDA Client using the tdsadmin credentials due to which DOORS users authentication is unsuccessful resulting in the below error:
GLPRDB111E The server is unable to use the username and password combination for the DB2 instance owner in the configuration file to establish a connection to the database.

Symptom

Below is the observation in the ibmslapd.log:

Observation in the db2cli.log:
