Abstract
IBM SevOne NPM Support is proud to announce the implementation of a new assistant that has been built into the chat feature of the Support page.
Content
IBM SevOne Support has implemented a new chat assistant powered by Watson AI in the chat feature of the support portal for IBM SevOne NPM.
The chatbot feature is able to read your questions, parse through our library of documentation and support articles, and hopefully, provide a response that answers your question to your satisfaction. It will also provide links to its source articles and can be used to search for documentation and articles from our library.

It will also provide links to its source articles and can be used to search for documentation and articles from our library.
In addition, we've also added a click-through card-based menu that can provide quick-links to the documentation pages for several products from the IBM SevOne NPM suite, some helpful troubleshooting articles, information on the product lifecycle, and guidance for downloading update files.
Users are encouraged to try it out and leave feedback.
It can be accessed by navigating to the IBM SevOne NPM support portal, and clicking the blue Chat button in the bottom right of the page.
