Answer
The purpose of PH65224 is to prevent the z Workload Scheduler RM ( resource manager ) from being added to an initiator ( INIT ) ASID.
Unpredictable results may be seen if there is a zWS RM active on an INIT ASID, and this initiator is cancelled.
The zWS RM should only be added for local dialog ASIDs.
Should a RC greater than 4 be detected by the PH65224 code, messages like this will be written to the SYSLOG:
