Troubleshooting
Problem
RSA key decryption failure may occur for keys stored on the HSM after a DataPower appliance upgrade to 10.5.0.14, 10.6.0.2 or later.
Symptom
The following error may be observed after Datapower upgrade to 10.5.0.14, 10.6.0.2 or later :
[0x80600045][crypto][error] mpgw(my-service): trans(32491596)[request] gtid(e75ca05c679daada02791a7f): *RSA decryption failed*
If there is upgrade to 10.5.0.14, 10.6.0.2 or later and rollback to an earlier fixpack, the following error may be observed :
[0x80400031][system][error] : tid(223): Status of crypto 'hsm3' : uncertified HSM firmware detected
