Problem
Log sources using the Amazon AWS S3 REST API protocol stop ingesting events
The protocol is generation the following error message in the qradar.log.
Exception was uncaught in thread: Thread-xxxx Feb 26 12:26:02 [ecs-ec-ingress.ecs-ec-ingress] [Thread-xxxx] java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com.q1labs.semsources.sources.amazonwebservices.AmazonWebServicesSDKChecker
Use the following CLI command on the console to confirm the version of the Amazon AWS S3 REST API protocol that is installed:
rpm -qa |grep -i amazonawsrestapi
Compare it to the latest version that is on FixCentral and confirm that the latest version is installed in this deployment.
