Troubleshooting
Problem
When attempting to run the Helm Upgrade command (such as after updating rna-core-values.yaml file), the user instead receives the following error:
Error: Kubernetes cluster unreachable: Get "http://localhost:8080/version?timeout=30s": dial tcp 127.0.0.1:8080: connect: connection refused
Error: Kubernetes cluster unreachable: Get "http://localhost:8080/version?timeout=30s": dial tcp 127.0.0.1:8080: connect: connection refused
or a similar message (Timeout may be different)
