Problem conclusion

• Provide the following enhancements:
  Current Average response times for Regions and CICSplexes.
  Added Average Response Time column to the Region Summary
  workspace. Zooming on this column will display the CICS
  transactions today workspace which shows the Transaction Count,
  Transaction Rate, and Response Time metrics and bar graph for
  the last 24 hours.
  
  Improved Context command allowing greater navigation.
  Context selection is now available on All Active CICSplexes
  panel. Using option C "Context Selection" a new workspace will
  provide CICSplex, LPAR, USERGRP, and CSYSGRP context selection.
  By selecting a Context type, a list of online regions will be
  presented for the specified context.
  Options available for the selected context:
  - H Context Task History
  - S Context Region Summary
  - T Task Summary
  
  A new Summary of Transaction Waits.
  New tab for Transaction Waits is available in the Region Task
  Summary workspace. Active tasks are grouped by Transaction ID
  with details such as Total, Average CPU Time, Average Elapsed
  Time, and several wait types.
  
  The ability to view the full value for long SIT parameters.
  The CICS System Initialization Table view highlights the value
  when long values are possible. Pressing Enter with the cursor
  in the highlit value row and column will display a pop up with
  any longer value.
  
  OMEGAMON CICS Global options Information.
  Option G CICS Global Options was added to CICS Control
  Functions. This view provides details from the Global such as
  Global Name, Global Dataset, settings for Resource Limiting,
  Application Trace, and Online Data Viewing, and other details.
  Some fields are zoomable which navigate to specific control
  functions.
  
  The ability to enable OMEGAMON in a CP/SM CMAS region.
  With this update, OMEGAMON can be initialized in a CP/SM CMAS
  region to monitor tasks, collect near-term history, and trace.
  However, OMEGAMON cannot be used for Resource Limiting, Kill
  functions, and other Take Action commands except for the ONDV
  and trace controls.
