QRadar: Post QRadar upgrade executing Custom Scripts generates the message "/usr/sbin/chroot: failed to run command '/usr/bin/env': No such file or directory"

Problem

After upgrading QRadar, running a Custom Script the following message might be displayed.
/usr/sbin/chroot: failed to run command '/usr/bin/env': No such file or directory.

Symptom

Custom Scripts no longer execute.
