PH62604: CSQX036E IS ONLY ISSUED ONCE DURING CLUSTER RECONCILIATION, EVEN IF THE OPEN FAILS FOR MULTIPLE QUEUES.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The automatically defined channel CLUSSDR transmission queues
  are not correctly removed when removing a QMGR from a cluster.
  If by additionally deleting the automatically defined channel
  CLUSSDR transmission queues, CSQX036E is issued as below when
  the CHINIT is restarted:
  CSQX036E +CSQ1 CSQXREPO Unable to open
  QUEUE(SYSTEM.CLUSTER.TRANSMIT.CLUS1.CHL1), MQCC=2 MQRC=2085
  (MQRC_UNKNOWN_OBJECT_NAME)
  However many "CLUSSDR XMITQ Record" records are in the
  SYSTEM.CHANNEL.SYNCQ queue for CLUSSDR transmission queues
  which no longer exist.  Message CSQX036E is only issued once
  for the first queue which failed an open in response to the
  rrcE_MQOPEN_FAILED once cluster reconciliation is complete.

  The code which handles cluster reconciliation only reports
  errors at the end of the process, resulting in only one error
  being reported, even if there were multiple.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to report errors immediately after
  each failed attempt to open a queue, so that CSQX036E is issued
  for each failing object.
