  upgrade to 10.2.0.08
  
  The following item encountered an error:
  on DWC 10.2.3
  
  when edit/create a restful plugin job when using restful plugin
  from 10.2.0.07 to upper level
  
  Issue like this one occurs:
  AWSJCS025E The JSDL validation for application job plug-in with
  ID "restful" returns the following error: "AWKRST009E The retry
  interval is incorrect".
  
  The following error is recorded in the engineServer messages.log
