Error description

• Loop in CKRCFS.CKRRDB2 processing DB2 IATTENT data from the
  CKFREEZE.
  

Local fix

• Code DB2CAT=N for the CKFCOLL parameters so DB2 data is not
  collected.

  When zSecure CARLa engine processes Db2 catalog and parameter
  information data stored in the system configuration data
  (CKFREEZE data set), the program might enter an infinite loop
  causing high CPU usage and function loss.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure CARLa engine has been modified, so that it processes
  Db2 catalog and parameter information data stored in the system
  configuration data (CKFREEZE data set) correctly. The infinite
  loop issue is resolved.
