Troubleshooting
Problem
FP36 for Netcool/Impact 7.1.0 may fail to install, if there is a discrepancy on the system between Java levels and nashorn libraries.
Alternatively, the discrepancy may cause the Health Checker to report an error.
Symptom
The following message can be seen in either the Installation Manager logs on upgrade:
BUILD FAILED
/opt/IBM/tivoli/impact/install/configuration/cfg_scripts/configure_impact.xml:347: The following error occurred while executing this line:

or the output for the Health Checker :
