  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using Db2 Object Comparison Tool   *
  *                      to add columns with NOT NULL and        *
  *                      no DEFAULT to a temporal and            *
  *                      history table, an erroneous ALTER TABLE *
  *                      statement is generated for the history  *
  *                      table.                                  *
  ****************************************************************
  When adding new columns with NOT NULL and no DEFAULT to temporal
  and history tables, the following erroneous ALTER TABLE
  statement is generated:
  
  ALTER TABLE <history table>
  COMMIT;
  
  This statement causes the run job to fail.
