  * USERS AFFECTED: All users of Db2 AI for z/OS version 1.6.    *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Here is the list of problems            *
  *                      addressed :                             *
  *                                                              *
  *                      - Performance optimization is required  *
  *                      to reduce the CPU consumption           *
  *                      resulting from the Db2ZAI Distributed   *
  *                      connection control (DCC) and SQL        *
  *                      optimization processes.                 *
  *                                                              *
  *                      - Permissions to the Liberty logs in    *
  *                      Db2ZAI are changed from 640 to 644 so   *
  *                      that users other than the owner or      *
  *                      group can read them.                    *
  *                                                              *
  *                      - When the DSNHDECP DECIMAL option is   *
  *                      set to COMMA in the target Db2          *
  *                      subsystem, Db2ZAI user interface users  *
  *                      might receive SQLCODE -104.             *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply corrective PTF when available          *

  Here is a summary of the reported Db2ZAI issues:
  
  - To reduce the CPU requirement from Db2ZAI, the following
  areas can be optimized.
     a. Scorecard process when DCC alerts are generated.
     b. Model creation in SQL optimization
  - Currently Db2ZAI Liberty logs are using the default
  attributes for permission (640), however,  this is too
  restrictive, and prevents users from accessing the logs.
  - When the DSNHDECP DECIMAL option is set to COMMA in the
  target Db2 subsystem, Db2ZAI user interface users may receive
  SQLCODE -104 while viewing the SQL optimization dashboard.
