  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A new subsystem parameter               *
  *                      UTIL_MODIFY_REC_DELETEDS is introduced  *
  *                      to allow users to ignore the DELETEDS   *
  *                      option for the MODIFY RECOVERY utility  *
  *                      in function level (FL) V13R1M500 and    *
  *                      above.                                  *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply corrective PTF when available          *

  The MODIFY RECOVERY utility code has been enhanced to process
  the new subsystem parameter UTIL_MODIFY_REC_DELETEDS in FL
  V13R1M500 and above.
  
  If DELETEDS is specified in the utility control statement and
  the subsystem parameter UTIL_MODIFY_REC_DELETEDS is set to
  IGNORE, the DELETEDS option is ignored, the image copy data
  sets are not deleted and a new message DSNU1451I is issued.
  
  The following new message will be displayed:
  
      DSNU1451I - MODIFY RECOVERY DELETEDS IS IGNORED DUE TO
      SUBSYSTEM PARAMETER SETTING: UTIL_MODIFY_REC_DELETEDS=
      IGNORE

• This APAR adds a new Db2 subsystem parameter in DSN6SPRM
  called UTIL_MODIFY_REC_DELETEDS that specifies whether the
  DELETEDS option for MODIFY RECOVERY utility is allowed or
  ignored.
  
  Valid settings are:
  ALLOW: The DELETEDS option for MODIFY RECOVERY is allowed and
  not ignored.
  ===> This is the default setting.
  
  IGNORE: The DELETEDS option of MODIFY RECOVERY is ignored.
  The SYSCOPY rows are processed, but the image copy
  data sets are not deleted.
