Troubleshooting
Problem
The WebGUI Fix Pack application fails with an error that references the preserve* zip files in $JazzSM_HOME/ui/temp, namely:
- preserveOMNIbusWebGUIWarFiles.zip
- preserveOMNIbusWebGUIDashPrefFiles.zip
- preserveOMNIbusWebGUIHomeFiles.zip
- preserveISCWireWarFiles.zip
Symptom
An error similar to the following is seen in the IM log file:
<key>A problem occurred during the execution of the {0} file.
ERROR: Error while expanding /opt/IBM/JazzSM/ui/temp/preserveOMNIbusWebGUIHomeFiles.zip
java.nio.file.AccessDeniedException: ["path to and including the file-name"]
A package has an issue that cannot be resolved by Installation Manager.
Identify the package that has the issue by looking at the installation history. In Installation Manager, click File > Installation History. In console mode, enter S: View Installation History. Contact IBM customer support.</key>
