Troubleshooting
Problem
After upgrading to IBM Engineering Workflow Management 7.0.2 or 7.0.3, when reviewing work items, the Eclipse client will error with a java.lang.NullPointerException.
The window appears randomly when viewing work items, but does not affect the editing or saving of the work item.
This is an example of a work item. Notice the type is a query.
Symptom
In the workspace .log file, this exception is repeated:
