Troubleshooting
Problem
When you install the WinCollect 7 SFS on the QRadar® Console, in rare instances the RPMs might not update from the repo directory. If this behavior occurs, the system retains the older RPMs, and error messages that are related to version mismatches can appear in qradar.log.
