Error description

• When TOR and PEER systems are running UI95893 customer batch
  job will occasionally fail on TOR system and most of the time a
  retry is successful. Occasionally, the job needs to be restarted
  multiple times before it's successful.There have been a few
  occasions in which no restarts are successful until the next
  day's run.When the job fails, there are both 0c3 and 0c4 ABENDS
  on the PEER system.
