Qradar: "Restarting the XCC on your server/appliance"

Troubleshooting

Problem

Administrators need to restart the XCC (XClarity Controller) on their IBM appliance.

Symptom

Qradar M6 and M7 appliances have a BMC. The Web UI is called "XClarity Controller" (XCC).  If the XCC does not update after a hardware or firmware change, it is often necessary to restart the XCC.  Note that this does not apply to M4 or M5 devices.
NOTE: Restarting the XCC will not restart the server.
