Error description

• With a non-zero clouddays parameter set in the SETSYS
  MIGRATIONCLEANUPDAYS command, there can be various HSM
  configurations that may cause HSM to miss the deletion of
  eligible retained cloud migration copies during secondary space
  management on the expected dates.
