• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Optim command line interface, also used by BMC and ADB,
  stopped working for a table with a schema length of > 8
  characters or table name of > 18 characters.

  Optim is incorrectly determining the DB2 release on which
  it is being executed and aborts processing due to a check of
  the length of the <schema>.<table_name> values.
  

Problem conclusion

• Optim processing will be corrected.
