PH65004: INZX089 or INZX090 displays an incorrect time value and/or INZX090 is missing if zIIP and BSAM for output is enabled

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The INZX089 or INZX090 message displays an incorrect time value
  and/or the INZX090 message is unduly not issued. The INZX089
  message displays the current time (DST/daily saving time not
  taken into account) rather than the expected elapsed time since
  the beginning of the unload in progress.
  
  This occurs when all the following conditions are fulfilled:
  - the value set for the VUU050/ULFRQMSG parmlib parameter is
    greater than 0
  - zIIP processors are used (INZI210I ZIIP ENABLE ... is issued
    and zIIP processors are available)
  - the BSAM method is used to write data in the output dataset
    (INZU666I BSAM METHOD IS USED TO ACCESS TO THE SEQUENTIAL
    OUTPUT UNLOAD DATASETS ... is issued)
  

Local fix

• A change to remove one of the necessary conditions solves the
  issue but any of these changes (run in SQL mode, disable zIIP
  or BSAM use) has a potential significant impact on the
  performance or CPU time cost of the unload.
