Error description

• DevOps users creating or registering applications.
  During application registration, the system checks whether the
  application's DB2 objects have already been added by analyzing
  Git history. This process causes delays and slows down
  application creation. To address this, a new flag,
  checkGitHistoryForAddedObjects, has been introduced. By setting
  this VM argument, the Git history check can be skipped,
  resulting in a 2x improvement in application registration
  performance.
