Problem
Artifact lookup no longer functioning for Threat Service in QRadar SOAR.
Symptom
You may observe on or more of the following symptoms:
- constant high CPU usage
- artifact lookup pending icon, spinning arrows, never goes away
- many such entries in client.log:
00:09:41.066 [QuartzScheduler_Co3Scheduler-NON_CLUSTERED_MisfireHandler] INFO o.q.impl.jdbcjobstore.JobStoreTX - Handling the first 20 triggers that missed their scheduled fire-time. More misfired triggers remain to be processed.
