IJ53353: ADAPTER RATE REPORTING INCORRECT INFO APPLIES TO AIX 7300-03

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Adapter data rate is nothing but speed of the adapter,
  which won?t increase with the number of adapter in the
  etherchannel. With Link aggregation, bandwidth increases
  but not the adapter data rate.
  
  We are selecting the highest speed from the connected
  adapters and reporting that as the adapter data rate.
  There was a bug in the Mellanox driver code where
  10G Adapter data rate is wrongly programmed as 20G,
  so the tool is reporting as 20G as adapter rate
  irrespective of the number of adapters in the
  etherchannel.
  It should report 10G.
  
  Mellanox driver is not processing the 25G speed
  capability
  hence defaulting it to 10G data rate
