The Accelerated Value Program team provides custom technical support to clients on a contract basis. Through these offerings, we provide our clients with a single dedicated resource for direct support for issues, best practices and proactive support. These resources have an average expertise of over 6 years supporting the Continuous Engineering toolset. The client has direct access to their resource(s) with the unique ability of integrating them within their IT team.
The IBM Continuous Engineering Accelerated Value Program provides you with a customized approach to technical support, focused on your needs.
- A dedicated Accelerate Value Leader or Specialist will provide the following single point of contact technical support for the Continous Engineering Products.
- Ensure timely 7x24 support for Priority 1 (urgent and important) issues, 5x8 (YOUR normal business hours) support for all other issues.
- Direct access to via office phone, cell phone, instant messaging, and e-mail.
- On-site visits as defined by the contract.
These visits include:- Establishing a solid working relationship with your AVP resource who fully understands your business and your current environment.
- Regular reports on your support activity, custom configured to your needs, identifying the return on your investment.

- A proactive approach to your support needs, including:
- Best practices on upgrades, deployments and product integration.
- Regular engagement from your AVP resource to meet your needs and exceed your goals.
- Enable more efficiency, increased usage of the tools, and success in your organization.
- Direct contact from your AVP management team to ensure your needs and expectations are being fulfilled.
