Error description

• In case where database name is different from schema name for
  ARY environment, the following issues could happen:
  - SQLCODE -204 is issued on ARYM_UTILITY table creation and
  subsequently the related ARYM_UTILITY_IX index creation while
  running ARYDDL1 job or ARYBMUM job.
  - BIND warning for module ARYJGUT mentioning SQLCODE -204 on
  ARYM_UTILITY table is issued while running ARYBIND1 job.
