Abstract

On 9 January 2025, IBM released IBM® Maximo® Application Suite Manage Operator patch 9.0.8. As with all patches, it is cumulative. In addition to the new fixes listed here, all fixes from earlier patches for this version are included.

DT394743 Receiving Scenario: A user performs an Inspection one or more days after the Receipt date, but the Inspection Status date is the Receipt date.
DT395222 Job Plans A user reading or adding Feature Specs to a Linear Asset causes the application to query every spec inside the Asset.
DT396000 Work Queue Manager The button to remove an attribute from Selected Fields does not work.
DT396985 Desktop Requisitions Using a Template causes the Location's GL Account not to be applied to Requisition Lines.
DT397155 System UI When a user in Accessibility Mode adds an image, the hyperlink label disappears.
DT397735 Mobile In Maximo Mobile, the Technician Map does not specify the originating work order of an inspection.

DT398876 Mobile Push notifications are not received by Users with different values for userID and loginID.
DT399996 Purchase orders When you create a Purchase Order revision with the Maximo Integration Framework, and the line quantity is less than the received quantity, an error occurs.
DT400081 System UI In multiple applications, some Actions are missing from the More Actions' Menu.
DT400488 Service requests The record hover dialog for the Asset field in the Service Requests application does not show Asset Details when the record is saved, unless you specifically hover over the Asset Field first, before saving the record.

DT408924 Mobile In the populated Inspection Form, clicking Go to Inspection Forms on a Route, the focus does not go the specific Inspection Form. Instead, the focus changes to the List View in the Inspection Forms Library and the Inspection Form cannot be viewed, and the User cannot return to the Route record.

IJ51650 Assets In a Japanese base language environment, in the Asset application View Work Details dialog, clicking the refresh button causes error BMXAA4157E - "The specified value is not a valid Yes or No value. Enter Y, y, or 1 for Yes or N, n, or 0 for No.".
DT406723 Mobile Cannot configure custom lookups as filter.

APAR Change instructions
Go to Application Designer.
1. In the More Actions section, click on Export System XML.
2. Save the current LIBRARY XML.
3. Search for main_phones_table_button_1_1 and find the pushbutton for phone table. After sigoption="MANAGEHIDE" add sigoptiondatasrc="MAINRECORD". For example:

4. Search main_email_table_button_1_1 and find the pushbutton for email table. After sigoption="MANAGEHIDE" add sigoptiondatasrc="MAINRECORD"

5. Save the LIBRARY.xml
6. Import the new LIBRARY.xml to Manage
