GraphQL URL Cannot Be Accessed due to Invalid XSRF Token Error

Question & Answer

Question

We have successfully installed Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) version 23.0.1 in our production environment. Despite the pods being in a ready and running state, the GraphQL URL is inaccessible, resulting in the following error:
Error 500: com.ibm.ecm.content.graphql.exceptions.ContentServicesException: Unauthorized access: XSRFValidator.validateXSRF: XSRF token is not valid.
Please help us to fix this issue.
