Why does the installation of AutoCAD 2022 and CADi 13.5 on a MacBook virtual machine running Windows 11 fail with Fatal Error, with the log file showing an unhandled exception error:
 
FATAL ERROR - The installer has failed with an unhandled exception
java.lang.NullPointerException
