Troubleshooting
Problem
After completing the installation of IBM SPSS Modeler 18.6 Client on Microsoft Windows the License Authorization Wizard is run once automatically, and this works. Attempting to launch the wizard again fails as does the command line licensing tool "licenseactivator.exe".
Symptom
Attempting to run these utilities only shows the following error:
