  ****************************************************************
  This is a serviceability apar to improve CICS trace for an
  INQUIRE_PASSWORD_DATA call.
  
  There are various reasons why a FULL VERIFYX call is made for
  an INQUIRE_PASSWORD_DATA call to RACF. The reasons are:
  REQUIRES_OIDCARD
  NON_ZERO_FAILURE_COUNT
  IRRSPW00_FAILED
  REVOKED_USERID and
  EXPIRED_PASSWORD
  
  Currently, CICS trace does not advise any of the above reasons,
  It may assist serviceability if it did.
  

Problem conclusion

• A new trace entry field of METHOD_FULL_REASON(reason)  has been
  added to CICS code to be produced on an INQUIRE_PASSWORD_DATA
  call where that call results in a FULL VERIFYX to RACF.
