Error description

• As a result of an internal race condition, file system
  operations on encrypted file systems may fail with error 786. 
  The error may be reported by either an mm command or in the
  error message log, e.g.,  2024-10-11_21:53:22.106-0500: [A] Log
  recovery fs9 failed for log group 204, error 786

Problem summary
